the staff were super lovely and made us feel at home n we really enjoyed the comfy bed in our double room. the gluten-free menu was a big plus for us, also the location is awesome for exploring portrush. breakfast was yum, with a good selection and everything was always clean. we felt really relaxed during our stay.
the evening meal menu in the bistro could've been better, not very exciting really. also had to wait a bit to get another key when we needed it at night.

Perfect spot for a weekend!
The room was super cozy, really clean, and had plenty of space for our stuff. The breakfast was awesome. I loved the full Irish, especially that toasted soda bread! Only bummer was parking – a bit tricky finding a spot near the hotel.

Family room with a bath offered ample space for the group, making it quite comfortable. The location had excellent proximity to the local dining and entertainment options, perfect for those looking to explore the area.
The lift doesn't directly access all floors, which can be a hassle, especially if you have mobility issues. there's still some stair navigation involved. The evening meal selection was a letdown, lacking variety compared to the online menu, which could be disappointing for those expecting more options. Some facilities were out of order, with one room experiencing WiFi issues while another faced toilet flushing problems. noticeable for repeat visitors expecting consistency. A slightly cramped ensuite could be awkward, particularly for those who appreciate a little extra space. Lastly, the views from certain rooms can be less than inspiring, particularly if you're facing an alleyway with frosted windows, leaving you with a dim start to the day.

The full Irish breakfast was a highlight, with beautifully cooked items and fresh pain au chocolat. My room was immaculately clean, boasting a comfortable bed and thoughtful lighting features. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it easy to relax alone in the lounge and enjoy a meal in the bar. there were minor issues, like the breakfast service being a bit slow during peak hours and the heating in the lounge could be improved, as it felt a tad chilly in the evenings.
